What this tool does
Check the scope items you found on site that are not in the adjuster's estimate. The calculator tallies the estimated value, applies a 70% industry-average approval rate, and shows the projected approved amount. If you enter the base repair cost, it also calculates the O&P impact.

Restoration contractors and estimators who want to quickly estimate the value of a supplement before writing it up. Use it on site to prioritize which items to document first, or in the office to set expectations with the client.
How to use it
Enter the base repair cost from the adjuster's estimate (optional, used for O&P calculation). Then check every scope item you found on site that is missing from the estimate. The calculator shows the total supplement value, projected approved amount at 70%, and the O&P impact if applicable.
